As opposed to court proceedings, mediation and arbitration processes are generally quick and effective, which is a considerable advantage since it minimizes the harmful effects on daily business management.

Provision of expert opinions to the court and as part of arbitration/mediation processes.

Using my experience, we offer the preparation of expert accounting opinions (whether Israeli, IFRS or US GAAP) as support for the contentions of a party to legal, arbitration or mediation proceedings to assist the court or arbitrator/mediator in their work towards a decision on the dispute. Over the years I have appeared as an expert witness in a number of legal proceedings in various courts in respect of accounting and tax matters.
